Dr. Gordon Kuang is a chiropractor that grew up in Buffalo N.Y. loving chicken wings and the Buffalo Bills. He graduated with a doctorate of chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in 2013 after receiving a B.A. in mental health and B.S. biology at SUNY Buffalo.
Dr. Kuang has a passion for sports-related exercise science which led him to work part-time in both athletic departments of CUNY Baruch and SUNY Stoneybrook as an athletic trainer. This also helped motivate him to get certified as a strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association).
He believes most complaints patients have can be resolved by a combination of chiropractic treatment, condition-specific exercises, and proper nutrition. He uses chiropractic and different manual techniques to correct muscular imbalances that cause improper joint movement and help stimulate healing. He offers free workshops on nutrition, exercise, and losing weight. He can perform a posture analysis or functional assessment in the Murray Hill office and looks forward to meeting new people.
